Return Process

  Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package.

  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, we will process your full refund or ship your exchanged size immediately.
